• 2 reverse cycle air conditioning units (located in living areas)

• Ceiling fans to upstairs bedrooms

• Wood heater to family room including supplies over winter months

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave

• Two indoor living areas with 50" LCD TVs, DVD/ Blu-ray Players, media player and speaker docks (20 pin / bluetooth connectivity) (Please BYO movies and music)

• Single carport providing sheltered direct access to the home

• Driveway accommodates three cars (with plenty of height clearance for boats)

• Doonas, blankets, pillows and tea towels are provided.

• Use of our linen may be arranged upon request .

• Tea and coffee making provisions (including K-fee system coffee machine and pods and milk frother) and a fully equipped kitchen are provided with our compliments and with your convenience in mind.

You may wish to bring your own coffee pods (Aldi) in supplement to our provisions.

This is a non-smoking property. We regret that no pets are allowed. Please consider that the fence that bounds the Milford Creek is a farm fence and the property is not suitable for small children unless appropriately supervised.

We regret that we do not accept schoolies and other party groups.

A security deposit (bond) of $1000 is taken in the fortnight prior to our guest's arrival. Our Terms and Conditions detail our mutual obligations.
